Christmas comes early for Manger
Eazi Access recently brought early holiday cheer to Manger Care Centre by contributing to the centre’s running costs. The support came as a welcome relief for the organisation, which provides a nurturing environment for vulnerable and destitute beneficiaries. Manger Care Centre runs various initiatives, including food provision, clothing distribution, skills development, and rehabilitation services.
Eazi Access, a Midrand-based access equipment company, has been supporting Manger Care Centre for several years in their mission to make a sustainable difference in the communities they serve. Tralone Khoza, Eazi Access’s PR Officer, expressed admiration for the centre’s work: “It was great to see what the centre is doing to empower its beneficiaries. Many have acquired skills that help with the centre’s operations.”
One such example is Roelien, who arrived at Manger Care Centre without income or a place to stay. Today, she and her husband serve as fundraisers for the centre. Another success story is Sfiso, who has been trained as a baker in Manger Care Centre’s bakery.
“It is incredible to be part of initiatives like the Manger Care Centre, which is dedicated to uplifting others in our communities,” Khoza added.
