Key Accounts Manager – Kathu

Reports to: Sub-Depot Manager

Purpose of the Position:

• To maintain and expand relationships with Key Account Customers.

• Representing the entire range of Eazi company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum - Grade 12

• Sales/Marketing Degree (IMM) Diploma will be an advantage.

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in sales, of which 3 years involvement with Key Accounts Management in a business-to-business environment.

• Preferred Mining/Construction/Industrial experience.

• Preferred experience working in a CRM environment.

• Rental Industry knowledge will be an advantage.

Technical Support Specialist – Johannesburg

Reports to: Group Technical Manager

Purpose of the Position:

• To be the technical specialist for all types of machines and equipment across all machine types and brands.

• To provide specialist technical support, advice, and assistance to customers, field service technicians and workshop staff.

• To ensure proper machine and equipment operations so that field service technicians and other end users can accomplish functional tasks.

•To provide technical support for customers, field service technicians and workshop staff.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12/ N3

• Qualified Tradesman, i.e., Millwright, Electrician/ Auto Electrician

Experience:

• 8 years’ experience in technical operations or related environment

Knowledge Requirements:

• Knowledge of work of height machinery and equipment

• Industry specific knowledge i.e., mining, construction, light & heavy industrial.

• OSHAS and safety industry regulations

• PDI system

• Knowledge of Linde equipment regarding operations, functions, technical functions, parts, and tools including a comprehensive understanding of hydraulics, engine mechanics, electrical, electronics and technical schematics

• Mechanical, hydraulic, electric, and electronic tooling knowledge

• Knowledge of mechanical inspections, tools, and analysers
