Administrator
Purpose of Position
- **To be responsible** for ordering and booking out local parts for the project.
- **To ensure** correct costing and quoting on parts for machines, collecting parts from the NDC and issuing the parts to the MSU technicians.
- **To generate** and issue job cards to technicians, monitoring their productivity and overtime hours.
- **Responsible **for the daily yard check and the monthly stock takes.
Qualifications
- Grade 12
Experience
- 4 years’ experience in an operations environment.
- 4 Years’ experience in administrative tasks.
- 2 years’ experience in maintenance planning.
