Trainer

Reports to: Depot Manager

Purpose of Position

- To facilitate Lifting Machine Handover training (Familiarisation) as part of machine handover process. - To assess theon-the-job competency of Lifting Machine operators, on and off site, to ensure compliance with operating procedures & standards. - To report on Lifting Machine handover training (Familiarisation) conducted, for compliance record keeping & feedback for continuous improvement - To Conduct Quality Inspections on lifting machines as part of pre-delivery quality assurance, as and when required.

Qualifications

Grade 12
Facilitator & Assessor Certificate
Valid MEWP license

Experience

3 years of MEWP operating experience.
1 year experience training on MEWPs will be an added advantage.
