Sales Manager

Location: Cape Town

Reports to: Regional GM: Cape Region

Closing Date: Apr 28, 2025

Purpose of Position

- To drive Hub Sales targets through effective management of the External Sales Team and the sales processes to ensure the achievement of Hub’s sales budgets. - To set goals with the sales team to ensure that the Hub turnover and utilisation targets are met. - To achieve growth in each market sector through the Sales Team in the North Region.

Qualifications

Grade 12
B Com Sales & Marketing Degree or relevant Tertiary Qualification (Recommended)

Experience

5 years’ Sales Management experience
6 years’ experience as a sales representative
4 years General Business management experience - advantageous
Rental industry experience – advantageous
A proven track record of successfully managing sales teams to meet and exceed targets
