Eazi Access keeps children warm at Oliver’s Village
Children were kept warm this winter at Oliver’s Village in Benoni—all thanks to Eazi Access. Oliver’s Village, a non-profit organisation, serves disadvantaged communities in Benoni and Daveyton with essential social services.
According to Tralone Khoza, Eazi Access Marketing Specialist, the organisation reached out for assistance with winter essentials for the children. “We didn’t miss the opportunity to contribute by providing socks, gloves, and beanies,” Khoza said.
Oliver’s Village accommodates over 120 pre-schoolers in its education and computer training centre, serving children aged six months to five years. Admission criteria focus on children from child-headed households, households with guardians, and households where both parents are unemployed.
Khoza noted that Eazi Access’s previous donations have supported Oliver’s Village projects, which include a community vegetable garden, early childhood development centre, soup kitchen, and educational learning centre. The organisation is committed to providing quality education and a healthy learning environment for all children.
“With the growing demand on their resources, from the classrooms to the playground, Oliver’s Village continues to provide a free and responsible service to the community, despite stretched resources,” added Khoza.
