Eazi Access donates a mobile library to Ivory Park Primary School
Eazi Access is Africa’s market leader in work-at-height and material-handling solutions, offering a comprehensive suite of rental, sales, servicing, and training across diverse industries and applications. Committed to making a difference in surrounding communities, Eazi Access aligns its socio-economic development initiatives with the UN Sustainability Goals, including quality education, gender equality, and decent work and economic growth.
“We ensure that each organisation we support is directly aligned with these goals,” stated Tralone Lindiwe Khoza, Eazi Access PR and Communication Specialist. “Our Social and Ethics committee decided to sponsor a mobile library for Ivory Park Primary School in partnership with Qualibooks.” Qualibooks provides curriculum-based library and e-library resources to schools and communities across South Africa, making it an ideal partner.
Ivory Park Primary School, a previously disadvantaged school based in Tembisa, was chosen for this initiative to supplement its existing resources. The mobile library, filled with books suitable for learners from grade 0 to grade 7, was delivered to the school and received by Deputy Principal Ms. Lindiwe Baloyi and some eager students. The new library books offer students valuable resources for reading, research, and studying.
Deputy Principal Baloyi expressed gratitude on behalf of the school, saying, “A reading nation is a winning nation. Our wealth begins with reading. The structure and foundation of success is laid in reading. Thank you, Eazi Access, for your generous contribution to the school, which will pave a great path for our learners’ future.”
One of the learners, Thandekuhle Vilani, shared, “I would like to thank Eazi Access for caring about our future and our success. I appreciate it. Thank you so much, Eazi Access.”
